Dawn Whybrow – Managing Director – With over twenty five years experience in the recruitment industry, assisting numerous Essex companies with their staffing needs, whether it be permanent, contract or temporary.

Joanne Dray – Associate Director and Senior Consultant - Joanne has many years experience in the employment sector, specialising in the placement of candidates in a permanent role – Joanne has the staff member for your company.

Fay Amies , BA (Hons) – Recruitment Consultant – Fay joined DJS Recruitment in 2005 as a temporary consultant whilst studying at Essex University for her International Relations and Politics degree which she completed this year and achieved a 2:1. After gaining her qualification Dawn offered her a permanent position as a Recruitment Consultant and Assistant Temporaries Controller.

Claire Wellham Bsc.(Hons) – Part time Recruitment Consultant – Having worked for DJS since the year 2001, whilst studying for her first degree, after graduating Claire became a full time Consultant with DJS, but then decided to return to study to qualify as a Physiotherapist, so works on a part time basis for the company

Amy Rivas – Assistant Consultant – Having worked for eight years in the insurance industry in the City of London, Amy has joined DJS as an Assistant Consultant. With her excellent organisational and IT skills she provides the crucial back-up that the office needs.

Sara Whybrow – Part time Secretary – Working to tight schedules to provide all office documentation to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Lynn Henn – Salaries/Accountancy Administrator - Organising the temporary payroll, including chasing the timesheets, sending documentation to Inland Revenue, telephone liaison with the 'temps' and statutory bodies
