Dawn Whybrow – Managing Director – With over thirty years experience in the recruitment industry, assisting numerous Essex companies with their staffing needs, whether it be permanent, contract or temporary.

Joanne Dray – Associate Director and Senior Consultant - Joanne has many years experience in the employment sector, specialising in the placement of candidates in a permanent role – Joanne has the staff member for your company.

Amy Rivas – Senior Consultant/Temporaries Controller – Having worked for eight years in the insurance industry in the City of London, Amy joined DJS in January 2008. Amy has shown she was born to work in recruitment and has gained fast-track promotion.

Fay Amies , BA (Hons) – Recruitment Consultant – Fay joined DJS Recruitment in 2005 and is presently on a sabbatical in Australia.

Claire Wellham Thorley Bsc.(Hons) – Part time Temporaries Controller – Having worked for DJS since the year 2001, whilst studying for her first degree, after graduating Claire became a full time Consultant with DJS, but then decided to return to study to qualify as a Physiotherapist, so works on a part time basis for the company. Although Claire now resides in the USA, she works for DJS when back in the UK.

Sara Whybrow – Personal Assistant – Working to tight schedules to provide all office documentation to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Lynn Henn – Salaries/Accountancy Administrator - Organising the temporary payroll, including chasing the timesheets, sending documentation to Inland Revenue, telephone liaison with the 'temps' and statutory bodies
