Dawn Whybrow – Managing Director – With over thirty years experience in the recruitment industry, assisting numerous Essex companies with their staffing needs, whether it be permanent, contract or temporary.

Joanne Dray – Director and Senior Recruitment Consultant - Joanne has many years experience in the employment sector, specialising in the placement of candidates in a permanent role – Joanne has the staff member for your company and the permanent job role for you.

Amy Rivas – Senior Consultant/Temporaries Controller – Having worked for eight years in the insurance industry in the City of London, Amy joined DJS in January 2008. Amy has shown she was born to work in recruitment and has gained fast-track promotion.

Fay Amies , BA (Hons) – - Senior Recruitment Consultant (Temporary and Permanent ) - Fay joined DJS Recruitment in June 2005 as a temporary staff member. Soon after graduating from university, Fay was offered a permanent position at DJS as a Recruitment Consultant and Temporaries Assistant. She has since been promoted to the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant working on both permanent and temporary roles.

Sara Whybrow – Personal Assistant – Working to tight schedules to provide all office documentation to ensure the smooth running of the office. Sara is presently on maternity leave.

Lynn Henn – Salaries/Accountancy Administrator - Organising the temporary payroll, including chasing the timesheets, sending documentation to Inland Revenue, telephone liaison with the 'temps' and statutory bodies
